A Bit About Me

Yoga has been in my life for over 20 years.

It has supported me through a busy life of bringing up children, being a chef, being married to a chef! and the physical demands of working in hospitiality.  I was a long distance runner completing many half marathons and 4 ultra marathons.  Practicing yoga has kept my body flexible and also helped mentally prepare for the challenge of ultra events. 

After being a student for many years, discovering the joy of teaching has been a big step forward for me and changed the direction of my journey.  I love sharing a practice I believe in so passionately.  Seeing my students grow, change, persist and find new confidence in themselves has been incredibly rewarding.
